Bonnieux is one of the most beautiful mountain villages on the Northern slope of the Luberon mountain range. The village is dominated by an impressive church tower. At 425 metres above sea level you have a breathtaking view of the farmland in the Cavalon valley. From here you can also see the mountains of Vaucluse and Ventoux. Other exciting sights are the Forêt des Cèdres (cedar forest) about six kilometres away, Pont Julien (about 5 km away) as well as a multitude of walking and hiking trails, whilst typical Provencal villages like Ménerbes, Oppède, Buoux, Lacoste and Sivergues are begging to be visited.
