The house with the holiday flat is located between Cuxhaven’s suburbs of Döse and Duhnen. The apartment stretches over 83 m² and two levels (3rd and 4th floor) and can accommodate up to six persons. The spacious, airy living room with dinette, kitchenette (fridge, Senseo) is found on the bottom floor which also accommodates a double sleeping couch. The living room is also equipped with a 42” flat screen, DVD player, hi-fi system with iPod docking station and WLAN facilities and has a balcony. There are also two bedrooms (one of them with a flat screen) with two single beds each. The upper floor is equipped with a sauna (chargeable) with sea view, shower, floor heating and a 37m² roof terrace. It is worth knowing that the house is equipped with an elevator.

Cuxhaven
The northern-most tip of Lower Saxony is home to the “Kugelbake”, the landmark of the town Cuxhaven. The harbour and all its places of interest are also worth visiting. With its 3 kilometre long sandy beach Cuxhaven was declared a seaside resort in 1816. A number of attractions can be found in the town’s surrounds, such as the heated open air sea water pool “Steinmare” as well as a fitness facility, the local spa gardens and animal park and the playground landscape “Käpt'n Cux's-Hafen” for kids aged one to twelve.
