Located in the heart of Boltenhagen, the Seestern residence is only a stone’s throw away from the beach and the spa gardens. The 50m² individually furnished holiday flats offer living space for up to four people and are situated in the attic of the building. Apart from the kitchenette there is a separate dinette. There is a bedroom with a double bed as well as a large living room with a double sleeping couch. Our guests are welcome to make use of a balcony (top floor) or a terrace (ground floor). A bathroom with shower and WC completes the furnishings.
There is also a TV (sky Cinema, sky Sport 1, Bundesliga …). Other amenities and leisure facilities on the premises include a coin launderette, tumble dryer, bicycle racks and an underground car park, a children’s playground, playroom, swimming pool with counter-current. Steam bath, sauna, solarium and car rental services are chargeable.
