| Lake Idro is 11 kilometres long and two metres wide and is situated in the Italian province of Lombardy. This aquatic attraction is located only about 35 kilometres west of its more popular “neighbour” Lake Garda. Coming from southern Germany, you can easily reach the destination within a day crossing the Alps via the Brenner Road.
Lake Idro is surrounded by a fascinated low mountain range scenery. The lake is embedded in a wide and steep valley. Thanks to the very stable wind conditions Lake Idro is known as being one of the best destinations of its kind among surfing and sailing fans. Here you can expect a very mild climate with warm sunny days stretching into the late fall.
In this mountain scenery characterised by large pine tree forests hikers and mountain bikers alike will find ample opportunities to indulge in their favourite activities. From here you can also do day trips to Salo, Desenzano and Sirmione. You can even enjoy time in Venice or visit an opera house in Verona.
Four apartment flats built from natural stones in typical Italian style are located in the quiet suburb of Vesta on the eastern banks of Lake Idro (no thoroughfare). Vesta has a number of restaurants and a pub where you can enjoy excellent meals and a few good drinks. The leisure facilities of the AZUR camping site “Idro Rio Vantone” are at the disposal of our guests. |

| Casa Anna is a holiday house with a total of seven convenient holiday apartments. The house is located directly on the banks of Lake Idro. It is particularly well suited for families with children since the lawn for sunbathing between the house and the lake enables parents to keep an eye on their kids. On the large lawn there are a number of large trees that offer ample shade in summer. Via the garden door you have direct access to the lake or onto a narrow path that also leads to the lake.
Flat categories B, C, D, are located on the ground floor, while categories E, F and G are found on the top floor. Each flat is furnished for two to four people (about 38 m²). They consist of a combined living room / bedroom with a double sleeping couch, an open-plan kitchen, dining area, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, radio, satellite television, balcony or terrace with garden furniture and a shared lawn for sunbathing. |
