Equipment and Size of Holiday homes:
When comparing different lodgings, please do not forget that other
regulations and standards than in Germany are in force here in
France. Among other things, this affects the installation of pipes
and cables, steeper staircases, ideas concerning taste and
standard of living etc. But nevertheless all lodgings are neat and
were personally viewed by ourselves. We would like to point out
that all information concerning the sizes of the lodgings is only
estimated information of the landlords and landladies themselves
Length and Season:
Arrival is fundamentally possible on Saturdays from 4 pm or 5 pm
on, on other days upon agreement. The holiday home has to be left
swept clean - just as you found it when you arrived - on your last
day by 8 am respectively 10 am.
During Season A the renting period is 2 weeks at least. Sometimes
it was not possible for us to stick to this season classification.
In such cases we noted that down with the respective lodgings.
From October till end of May the pools are normally not open.
Deposit:
The corresponding deposit is mentioned with every single holiday
home. Please deposit this amount at SPS Feriendomizile (indicated
in booking confirmation) or on the arrival day by means of cheque
or in cash and demand a receipt. When leaving or after one week up
to 10 days at the latest, you will get your deposit back, if you
have not caused any damages and if your phone bills were paid. It
is also possible to block the security deposit by means of the
credit card on the credit card account of the renter. The
corresponding amount is blocked till 15 days after the renters
left the holiday home.
Number of persons:
The listed number of persons is always the maximum number. A small
child still sleeping in its baby bed is, of course, always
additionally allowed in any of our lodgings.
Prices:
All mentioned prices are valid per holiday home and per week. The
prices include the rent charge as well as a normal energy and
water consumption. Additionally accumulating costs such as
visitors' tax, heating etc. are listed in your booking
confirmation and have to be paid in advance together with the rent
charge or on site.
Heating Charge:
The heating costs (all-in-all or according to consumption, as it
can be seen from each holiday home) or such have to be paid on the
spot net or inclusive.
